hey everyone back home i dont really have a lot to share this
week. it was kinda hard. we had to bautismal dates fall and then my comp got
sick fridayand then i got sick on saturday. so we didn't work for 2 days. but with that
being said we had good week. we met all of our goals well almost all of them
and we have found a new method to working out that we really feel like is going
to help us drop some weight. yesterday when i was praying (just before bed) i
got a feeling of peace and happiness. like it says in galations 5:22( I RECOMMEND EVERYONE READS THIS SCRIPTURE AND THE NEXT TIME
YOU PRAY PAY ATTENTION TO THE FEELINGS) anyway that's at i did i paid attention
to my feelings. and it was the first time that i cwhan remember really feeling
something when i pray. it was amazing. So you can probally tell that this
letter is really happy and good even though i said this week was bad. I'm not
dwelling on the bad so there will only be good things. i have a funny picture
of elder Gonzalez when he was sick i will send. well that's pretty much it. I
love you all and i can't wait to hear from you guys.
so I was going to tell
you our new work out program. (it's one from the biggest loser.)
20 jumping jacks
20 lunges or squats.
20 push ups.
then repeat 3 to 5
times with only a 30 second rest in between each. so in other words you do all
of that then you wait 30 seconds then you do it again then wait and do it
again. so on and so forth. and we have also decided to only eat proiten shakes
in the morning and not eat anything at night. and try to cut back on the soda.
we started it today and oh my gosh i feel like my arms are goin to fall off.
well that is what we have planned for our work out and i plan on keeping this
the rest of my mission and slowy work all of those up.
i'm really good super sore but good!
