Well what can i say about this week???? IT sucked! our numbers are lower then they have been in a long time. we didn't have any invs in the church this sunday and my arm still hurts just a tad. but i guess after doing so well for awhile the lord has to bring you down so that you don't get to cocky right??. Well this week we had a meeting with Elder Mendoza (area of the 70) and it really stuck in my head! he said that we have the oppurnity to have a baptism everyweek!!!!!! oh my gosh i'm so pumped to do that!!!!!!!!!!!! so me and my comp are going to work harder then ever to get this done because it is the work of the lord. he gave us 3 things we can do to achive this!

1. Recognize that these goals are from the lord!

2. have faith"

3. work 3xs has hard!!

so that is what me and my comp are going to do! well that's about it. I love you all and i hope to talk to you next week!

Hey everyone back home how are you all doing? so this week was really good we had a lot of our investigators actually show up for church this week which i thought was amazing! and we also had a ton of good lessons. and i fell on a bridge and totally broke open my arm. don't worry i'm fine now and yes i do have pictures. but yeah we had a good week. we went on exchanges and i had a heart felt moment with the Elder Jacobs it was awesome. 

So what i did to split my arm open. We were walking yesterday (sunday) and inorder to get to one part of our area we had to cross a bridge. well we have crossed it a thousand times so i was walking and i turned around to talk to my comp and i thought i had my foot on the wood plank as it turns out it didn't. so i fell and my arm cought one of the wood planks so lucky i didn't fall in to the river but i cut my arm open pretty bad. my comp was super excited to play doctor. and then we went to one of our memebers house last night to teach her and she wanted to see. she said it was pretty bad so she called on of her friends who is a nurse and so the nurse cleaned up my arm a little better. so right now i'm ok. but yeah it was fun! well that's all that really happened this week. I love you all.

hey everyone back home i dont really have a lot to share this week. it was kinda hard. we had to bautismal dates fall and then my comp got sick fridayand then i got sick on saturday. so we didn't work for 2 days. but with that being said we had good week. we met all of our goals well almost all of them and we have found a new method to working out that we really feel like is going to help us drop some weight. yesterday when i was praying (just before bed) i got a feeling of peace and happiness. like it says in galations 5:22( I RECOMMEND EVERYONE READS THIS SCRIPTURE AND THE NEXT TIME YOU PRAY PAY ATTENTION TO THE FEELINGS) anyway that's at i did i paid attention to my feelings. and it was the first time that i cwhan remember really feeling something when i pray. it was amazing. So you can probally tell that this letter is really happy and good even though i said this week was bad. I'm not dwelling on the bad so there will only be good things. i have a funny picture of elder Gonzalez when he was sick i will send. well that's pretty much it. I love you all and i can't wait to hear from you guys.

so I was going to tell you our new work out program. (it's one from the biggest loser.) 

20 jumping jacks

20 lunges or squats.

20 push ups.

then repeat 3 to 5 times with only a 30 second rest in between each. so in other words you do all of that then you wait 30 seconds then you do it again then wait and do it again. so on and so forth. and we have also decided to only eat proiten shakes in the morning and not eat anything at night. and try to cut back on the soda. we started it today and oh my gosh i feel like my arms are goin to fall off. well that is what we have planned for our work out and i plan on keeping this the rest of my mission and slowy work all of those up.

i'm really good super sore but good!

hey everyone back home how are you?????? And yes mom i got your package and it was so nice to get. i'm so glad it came when it did. because i was about to go buy new scriptures but now i don't have to. So this week was a really hard week on me and my companion. well ok it was a good week and a bad week. we had a lot of success with our  invistagators that we have. but on saturday we went to go to a investigator and her daugther but when  we got there they told us that they wanted to go to their other church instead. they were really nice about it but i tried to get them to stay. I said ''before you guys shut the door on the church please come to one church meeting so that you can feel a diffrence. they didn't attend yesterday so i'm sure that we have lost them. but one of her daughters is still willing to listen to us. so we have a lesson with her tomorrow and i sure hope that the example of her daughter will want her to come back to the church. but that's all i can do. we also had a meeting with our mission president this week. which was really good. if we do what he said we have the oppurtnity to have a baptism everyweek. so me and my comp are going to work harder then ever! I would really like to be a missionary that says we had a baptism everyweek!!!!!! I mean how cool would that be! me and my comp are getting along really well! and my spanish is better then ever!

this is a picture of the food we ate today. 6 of us elders bought and ate hamburgers it was way fun. we played chess and just sat and talked today it was amazing! well that is all i have today! love you and thanks for all the support.

After we told Teano about his Grandfather passing, these are a few of his back and forth email responses.  

yeah, it's going to be tough we went and ate with some other elders today and i was fighting back tears the whole time. I tried not to let it show but it kinda overwhelmed me.,

yeah i was fine until dad emailed me but i'm fighting through it.

i know today i was reading in alma 40 11 you guys should read it because it tells us where papa is right now. thats good. when i found out floods of memories were in my head and i almost cried.  yeah, tell everyon i say hi too. it's going to be hard to teach today but i'm going to do my best!!!! tell dad that he will be in my prayers and as well as the rest of the family!

i love you and i have to go now but i will talk to you next week. I won't let this keep me from working. this week will be the week i have work the hardest in my mission. I love you!!!! just know that i will always be prayin for you

Teano is named after his grandfather Teanton Leonard Allsup.  We reminded him that he is working hard on the other side of the viel for all the work Teano is doing on his mission.  It seemed to help him to hear that!
